Our Coaches who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and experience levels. This is NOT just weightlifting for kids. We will focus on good movement, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. The program will be based primarily on running, drills, games, bodyweight exercises, tumbling, agility and speed drills.
